In my current project, I am interested in how visualization approaches from user-centered design can add value to the patient experience. With this project, I am focusing on healthcare messages distributed through social media and how these messages interact and engage with other patient experiences. My goal is to determine whether I can identify opportunities for intervention or support through visualizing these interactions. In addition to this new project, I\u2019m also revising a chapter of my dissertation for publication.
