Description of Work:

I am interested in health and medicine in technical communication; health technologies and their contextualization; multinational pharmaceutical writing; history, ethics, and vaccine trials; and transnational health regimes. My current projects examine pharmaco-scientific discourse in the Global South as a rhetoric of becoming, and the necropolitics of COVID-19 vaccine rhetorics. These two projects are situated within border rhetorics, multilingualism, and decolonial perspectives on/of/about medical precarity.
