Booking at the symposium hotel ensures that we can create a sustainable model for the overall space, room rates, and symposium features. To get discounted rates for hotels, we have to agree that a minimum number of people will book there. If they do not, we have to pay the difference. So please, please book at the symposium hotel.

Book by 08/14/2019 – by this date individuals must make their reservations in order to receive the discounted group rate. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis.

Airport Information

The closest airport to the conference hotel is Orlando International Airport (MCO). The conference hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Sanford Airport (SFB) is a smaller airport in the region and 30 miles away from the conference hotel. SFB is served by Allegiant Air.

Driving Directions from Airport, from Marriot’s website

Head West on Red Cleveland Blvd, continue for .1 miles on Airline Ave, turn right on East Airport Blvd for .4 miles. Turn left on Mellonville Ave for .6 miles, then turn right on East Lake Mary Blvd for .7 miles. Turn onto the FL-417 North Ramp to I-4. Use the left lane to take exit 55B for I-4 West toward Downtown Orlando. Take exit 84 for FL – 50. Use the right lane and follow signs for FL-50 (Centroplex). Continue straight onto North Hughey Avenue. Hotel will be on your right in .6 miles.

Parking

At the conference hotel: valet parking costs $15 per day. Be sure to tell them you are with the Symposium so they will give you this reduced rate.
