Hotel Accommodations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Symposium accommodations are at the Kingsgate Marriott Hotel and Conference Center<\/a> located on the University of Cincinnati campus. Just call 1-888-720-1299 and ask for the “UC Discourses of Health and Medicine room block”.<\/p>\n

The discounted rate should be $139.00 plus 24.5% in taxes and fees. You must book your room by Thursday, August 24, 2017<\/strong> to receive the discounted rate.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/h2>\n

Self-parking: $10 daily. Enter the garage, proceed DOWN the ramp and park near one of the RED Kingsgate elevator banks. Let Lisa know if you’re driving so she can get you the discounted ticket\/rate.<\/p>\n

Valet parking: $18 daily. The driveway will veer off to the right. Follow the drive up the hill into the circle.<\/p>\n

Airport Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The closest airport is Cincinnati\/Northern Kentucky International Airport – CVG<\/strong><\/p>\n

The airport\u00a0 and the hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the hotel.<\/p>\n

We would recommend using Executive Transportation-Airport Express<\/a>: $20 (one way). You can book online or call (800) 990-8841 or (859) 261-8841. You should book your reservation in advance. When you land,\u00a0 follow the signs to baggage claim, and from there, walk to the Airport Executive Shuttle desk which is near carousel #2.<\/p>\n
