Description of Work:

Courtney’s current research primarily focuses on food security/sovereignty, child hunger, and environmental justice. As a member of the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty’s (BCHP’s) research team, Courtney is currently collaborating on several projects regarding a qualitative study of BCHP and the USDA’s Emergency Meals-to-You program.
