Sara Doan, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Technical Communication at Kennesaw State University; she teaches data visualization, information design, and health and medicine in technical communication. Sara has an article in press with the Journal of Business and Technical Communication about misleading data visualizations about COVID-19. With her two co-PI’s in psychology, Sara is currently working on a grant-funded project about creating messaging about behaviors that prevent the spread of COVID-19 with targeted infographics.
